Lakes Amick, Henderson, Kenny, Phelps and Werk
The Rocky Bayou Owners Association (RBOA) has a strict NO
SWIMMING policy for these lakes. If you become aware of anyone swimming in
these lakes, please contact a member of the RBOA Board. Violations of this no
swimming policy will be referred to the appropriate authorities for legal
action.
Boating and fishing in Lakes Amick,
Henderson and Werk are permitted by RBOA members in
accordance with the restrictive covenants. Usage of these lakes is not
permitted by non-members. Usage of Lakes Kenny and Phelps is regulated by the
Rocky Bayou Country Club.
Any property owner on these lakes must apply to the RBOA
Architectural Control Committee for permission to construct a dock, install
intake pipes for irrigation, or make any other kind of improvement that touches
or affects one of the lakes. If you have an unapproved improvement to your
property that touches or affects one of the lakes, please contact the
Architectural Control Committee. Submission of a properly completed
Architectural Control Committee Application is required to seek approval from the
Architectural Control Committee for any of these types of improvements.
Approval is required regardless of whether or not the property owner is a
member of the Rocky Bayou Owners Association. Violations will be referred to
the RBOA attorney for legal action.
The RBOA is the legal owner of all five of these lakes.
